We fulfill our obligation providing the item and customers are expected to fulfill their side. Therefore purchases are considered final.

Due to how many items we sell, it is not feasible to provide detailed explanations of each item. All released figures are listed in “used” condition as a store policy, even if the item is brand new and unopened. Items are therefore sold on the understanding the item is used. Non-figurine items are (almost always) sold as new.

Discussing discounts is time consuming and it is not fair to other customers who pay full price for their purchase(s). Therefore we do not offer 'special' discounts from the listed price.

We sell authentic items sourced and sent directly from Japan. If you would like cheap non-authentic goods, please shop elsewhere.

As postal services are closed on public holidays, we are unable to send items on Japanese Public Holidays. From time to time, we may also be closed (such as Easter, Christmas etc). You may still place an order but there will be a delay in shipping your item.

Buyers may be required to pay additional costs such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are paid to your customs office in your country, NOT to the seller. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

If you are looking for an item not listed in our store, please let us know what the item is with as much detail as possible, such as, if possible, UPC (barcode number), picture, name, release date etc. We cannot guarantee we can get it, but if it is a Japanese item then we can probably get it.

Items in our store are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Any price quote not in JPY is system generated by your bank or third party. and usually they charge additional FX conversion fees. Please note any international currency quote is NOT provided by us, nor do we make any money from FX fees. For further information, please consult your financial providor.

Please note, we do not give 'partial' refunds or compensation. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item back to us for a full refund.
