When will the item be sent? It depends on the item and release schedule of the manufacturer. We will contact you once the item is about to be released. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE HANDLING TIME OR EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE ON THIS ITEM PAGE AS REFERENCE - THEY ARE IRRELEVANT FOR A PRE-ORDER ITEM. EBAY DOES NOT ALLOW THESE TO BE OVER-RIDDEN OR ADJUSTED!
Do I need to pay for the item now or at the time of release? Now.
Why? We only consider a sale final once payment is made. Until then we are not obligated to note your order or honour the terms of the sale (such as price). We do not want to have to chase and follow-up many people for money once the item is released.
What happens if the price is changed between now and release date? If you have already bought and paid for your item, the purchase price will be honoured. If not, then the current live price will stand.
If my address changes, can I still receive my item? Yes, as long as you tell us prior to the release of your new address, then we can change your details.
If I change my mind on a purchase, can I get a refund? Unfortunately not because we organise your order at the time of purchase.
